A mid-1990s computer music player
For fans and those curious about computer music from the mid-1990s, this player presents
music from that era.

Partly sampled using a Creative Labs Sound Blaster sound card, primarily using MIDI.
It's astonishing what possibilities existed back then to create sometimes remarkable
music-by anyone, for anyone.
Alongside MIDI, the CD was also an unbeatable medium for the purely passive consumption
of music as a mass-market product.
Creative Labs is a veteran of the computer sound card world and still proves itself to
be an extremely creative manufacturer of sound cards for computers by anyone-though
primarily for Microsoft Windows. Creative Labs suffered considerably from the frequent
changes in the design of Microsoft Windows interfaces to hardware: a constant struggle
for hardware manufacturers, some of whom eventually gave up or had to modify their
product portfolios. The driver overkill under Microsoft Windows is legendary. As a
result, some hardware is now obsolete or no longer supported (legacy).
Creative Labs managed to make it possible for even a low-cost computer to produce sound,
sometimes even reminiscent of the sound generation of a Moog synthesizer...
And even the creator of the Star Wars series, Lucas, once adopted Creative Labs sound
cards with his company, Lucasfilm, and was thus able to make good money in the computer
games sector - Lucasfilm was also a veteran.
However, times have changed - only Moog synthesizers remain almost unaffordable, even
used :-). Creative music design with sophisticated hardware for everyone is becoming
increasingly rare, and one very old variant of computer-based music production is likely
extinct because, due to a lack of creative computer users, there's no longer any money
to be made from it: designing music using MIDI, for example, with a Creative Labs sound
card.
Creative Labs decided long ago to focus solely on the consumer market, catering to listeners
who don't want to, let alone can, design music themselves, although-as always-with excellent
hardware for everyone.
Parallel to the decline of MIDI hardware, the field of 7.1 surround sound playback has also
almost died out. And this is despite the fact that with MIDI, which has 15 sound channels
and 1 drum channel, you can mix 7 stereo channels and 1 mono drum channel, which can operate
in real time in parallel (or 15 instruments and 1 drum channel, where the instruments can
come from a SoundFont file, e.g., the SF2 format from Creative Labs).
The MIDI sounds audible via the player have been sampled and subsequently restored
(reverb, stereo effect, bass, etc.). - Enjoy listening!

Note that hardware is becoming increasingly difficult to obtain and modern computers and
software have little to no connection with MIDI, because a 64-bit Windows 7 on a
motherboard with, for example, an i5 Core processor and 16 GB of RAM is sufficient,
provided that it supports Creative Labs sound cards, which, although they have supported
the complex design of MIDI as 7.1 surround sound via SF2 for years, are now almost extinct
and, more importantly, no longer supported.

(B3) E-Mail-Kontakt Käufer und Verkäufer
Der Käufer muss eine für den Kauf und dessen Kontext unveränderliche E-Mail-Adresse haben und vom
Verkäufer über diese tatsächlich erreichbar sein. Der Verkäufer nutzt diese E-Mail-Adresse als Kundennummer.
Ohne Erfüllung der Nachhaltigkeit der käuferseitigen E-Mail-Adresse kann ein Kaufvertrag nicht zu Stande
kommen.
(B4) Anwendung des Manuals
Die Anwendung des jeweiligen Teiles des Manuals und die Anwendung jeder Kombination von Teilen des
Manuals unterliegen vollständig dem Risiko des Erwerbers und Benutzers / Anwenders des Manuals.
Eine Korrektur eines Fehlers, der im Manual festgestellt und dem Ersteller des Manuals als Hinweis
mitgeteilt wurden, ist vom Ersteller möglich aber nicht zwingend.
(B5) Manual im Portable Document Format (PDF)
Jeder Teil des Manuals wird als PDF mit einer eigenen Serial verkauft. Die PDF muss dazu mit ihrer Serial
erst hergestellt werden.
Die Herstellung der Ware ist nur auf Bestellung möglich. Die Ware ist ein Einzelstück, das im Auftrag laut
Bestellung hergestellt wird.
Die Art der PDF legt der Verkäufer fest.
Die PDF kann nicht bearbeitet werden.
Inhalte der PDF können nicht extrahiert werden.
Die PDF ist nur dann druckbar, wenn bei der Bestellung der Ware eine Druckbarkeit mitbestellt wurde.
Der Druck der PDF benötigt eventuell viel Druckfarbe und kann damit kostenintensiv sein. Druckbarkeit
ist also nicht unbedingt sinnvoll.
Dem Käufer obliegt es, sich in die Lage zu versetzen, eine PDF an sich tatsächlich nutzen zu können und
zu wollen.
(B6) Manual und seine Serial
Jeder Teil des Manuals wird als PDF mit einer eigenen Serial verkauft. Die PDF muss dazu mit ihrer Serial
erst hergestellt werden. Die Herstellung der Ware ist nur auf Bestellung möglich. Die Serial wird vom
Verkäufer im Kontext zur Kundennummer festgelegt und gespeichert.
Die Serial ist Teil der Ware und deren Teile.
Die Serial wird pro Bestellung vergeben.
Umfasst die Bestellung mehrere Teile des Manuals, haben diese eine gemeinsame also identische Serial.
Die Serial besteht aus dem Präfix und Suffix.
Präfix
Das Präfix der Serial legt der Käufer fest.
Das Präfix muss in der Bestellung der Ware mitgeteilt werden.
Das Präfix besteht aus Buchstaben und Ziffern der englischen Sprache.
Buchstaben können in Gross- und oder Kleinschreibweise benutzt werden.
Zusätzlich sind folgende Zeichen verwendbar:

Suffix
Das Suffix wird vom Verkäufer festgelegt.
Das Suffix ist auf jeder Seite des Manuals sichtbar.
Die Serial ist das Passwort zum Öffnen der zugehörigen PDF.
Die Bestellung eines bisher nicht bestellten Teiles des Manuals ist unter Anwendung einer bereits vergebenen
Serial formal möglich.
Der Verlust der Serial kann dem Verkäufer mitgeteilt werden, so dass dieser über Weiteres entscheiden kann
Die Ausstellung der Ware mit einer neuen Serial kann dabei dem Neukauf der Ware entsprechen.
(B7) Entgeltung durch Vorkasse per Paypal, Importsteuern
Vorkasse erfolgt per Paypal: Siehe dazu "Paypal-Me QR-Code" oder Anfrage auf Paypal-Daten per Email
laut "Legal Notice".
Der Käufer hat für die Nutzung der Entgelterbringung per Paypal den per Paypal finanzierten Kauf von Waren
per durchzuführen, was für den Käufer seitens Paypal gebührenpflichtig sein kann. Diese Gebühr trägt der Käufer
und mindert nicht das an den Verkäufer zu entrichtende Entgelt des Kaufes der Ware. Gebühren für die
Transformation in die Währung laut Preisliste trägt der Käufer und mindern nicht das an den Verkäufer zu
entrichtende Entgelt des Kaufes der Ware.
Die Ermittlung und Begleichung von Importsteuern auf die Ware obliegt vollständig dem Käufer. Das trifft auch
auf die Feststellung der Zulässigkeit und Legalität des Bezuges und der Art der Ware im Kontext des Käufers zu.
(B8) Vertragsherbeiführung und Vertragserfüllung
Die Vertragsherbeiführung und die Vertragserfüllung werden vom Verkäufer protokolliert und als Daten mit der
Kundennummer gespeichert.
(B8).1 Kaufbedingungen und Akzeptanz des Käufers
Der Käufer hat in der für den Verkäufer nachvollziehbaren Einigung mit dem Verkäufer die vom Verkäufer
festgelegten Kaufbedingungen vollständig akzeptiert bzw. mit dem Verkäufer vollständig ausgehandelt. Erst
dann kann der Käufer seine Bestellung an den Verkäufer übergeben.
(B8).2 Die Bestellung des Manuals als Ware erfolgt per E-Mail laut "Legal Notice".
Die käuferseitige Bestellung gilt als Absicht und Versuch einer Vertragsherbeiführung durch den Käufer, der
damit die geltende Preisliste akzeptiert.
Der Verkäufer kann eine Bestellung ablehnen.
Von der Bestellung kann jederzeit zurückgetreten werden, wenn der Vertrag nicht bereits in Erfüllung ist.
(B8).3 Vorkasse
Erst nach dem sich Verkäufer und Käufer nachvollziehbar geeinigt haben und der Verkäufer die käuferseitige
Bestellung nachvollziehbar akzeptiert hat, kann seitens des Käufers die vollständige Leistung der Vorkasse in
Höhe des Entgeltes zur Ware im Umfang laut der käuferseitigen Bestellung der Ware und der zur Bestellung
geltenden Preisliste erbracht werden.
(B8).4 Erstellung der Ware
Erst wenn die zwingend vollständige käuferseitige Erbringung des Entgeltes bewirkt wurde, erfolgt die
Erstellung der Ware mit der zur Ware gehörigen Serial, so dass dann die Schaffung der Möglichkeit des
käuferseitigen Bezuges der Ware erfolgt.
(B8).5 Bezug der Ware
Der Käufer löst selbst den Bezug der Ware aus.
(B8).6 Übergabe der Serial
Erst nach Rückmeldung des Käufers an den Verkäufer auf den Vollzug des vollständigen Bezuges der Ware durch
den Käufer, erfolgt die tatsächliche Übergabe der Serial der Ware an den Käufer.
(B8).7 Anwendbarkeit der Serial
Der Käufer kann dem Verkäufer die tatsächliche Anwendbarkeit der Serial auf die Ware unverzüglich bestätigen.
Bei ausbleibender Bestätigung gilt für den Verkäufer die tatsächliche Anwendbarkeit der Serial als gegeben.
Unverzüglichkeit gilt aus Sicht des Verkäufers, oder wurde im Rahmen der Einigung von Verkäufer und Käufer
festgelegt.
Sollte die Anwendbarkeit der Serial nicht gegeben sein. kann die PDF, auf die die vom Käufer erklärte
Nichtanwendbarkeit der Serial zutrifft, an den Verkäufer elektronisch übergeben werden, damit dieser den
Sachverhalt prüfen kann, um festzustellen, ob ein Ersatz der betroffenen PDF gerechtfertigt ist.
(B8).8 Rechnung
Eine Ausstellung einer Rechnung entfällt, da die Gesamtheit aus Herbeiführung des Vertrages, der Protokollierung
der Erbringung des Entgeltes und den Meldungen zwischen Käufer und Verkäufer bezüglich o.g. Schritte der
Vertragserfüllung verfügbar ist.
(B9) Rückgabe der Ware
Die Rückgabe der Ware an den Verkäufer als vom Verkäufer dem Käufer bereitgestellte und vom Käufer
empfangenes Manual ist weder vollständig noch in Teilen möglich. Die Rückgabe ist ausgeschlossen, wenn
der Verkäufer dem Käufer die Serial der Ware bereitgestellt hat.
Kann die Ware nicht zurückgegeben werden, ist die Umkehr der vollzogenen Erbringung der käuferseitigen
Entgeltleistung ausgeschlossen.
(B10) Gewährleistung
Jeder Teil des Manuals und jede Kombination von Teilen des Manuals unterliegen dem Ausschluss von
Gewährleistung durch den Ersteller und Verkäufer der Ware. Auch auf Serial gibt es keine Gewährleistung.
(B11) Support
Anfragen per Email laut "Legal Notice" sind unter Angabe der Serial des Manuals möglich.

(B2) Data Protection
The seller uses the buyer's email address as the customer number.

The entirety comprising the conclusion of the contract, the recording of the payment, and
the communications between buyer and seller regarding the steps of contract fulfillment
is logged by the seller and stored under the customer number.
Data protection is implemented within the specific context of the terms governing email access, as
well as within the context of the email correspondence-which is retained by the
seller-in order to provide a traceable record of the sales process.
(B3) Email Contact: Buyer and Seller
The Buyer must possess an email address that remains immutable for the duration of the purchase
and its associated context, and through which the Seller can effectively reach them.
The Seller utilizes this email address as the customer number. A purchase agreement cannot
be concluded unless this requirement regarding the enduring validity of the Buyer's email address is fulfilled.
(B4) Using the Manual
The use of any specific part of this manual, and the application of any combination of
parts thereof, are entirely at the risk of the purchaser and user/operator of the manual.
Correction of any error identified within the manual-and reported to the manual's
creator-is at the creator's discretion; such correction is possible but not mandatory.

The goods are produced solely upon order. Each item is a unique piece,
manufactured specifically to order.
The seller determines the type of PDF.

The PDF is printable only if printability was ordered alongside the goods.
Printing the PDF may require a significant amount of ink and can therefore be costly.
Consequently, printing it is not necessarily a practical option.
It is incumbent upon the buyer to ensure that they are in a position
to actually be able and willing to use a PDF.
(B6) Manual and Serial Number
Each section of the manual is sold as a PDF accompanied by its own unique serial number.
To this end, the PDF must first be generated using that specific serial number.
The product is produced solely on a made-to-order basis.
The serial number is assigned and stored by the seller in association with the customer's account number.
The serial number is part of the goods and their components.
The serial number is assigned per order.
If the order comprises multiple parts of the manual, these share a common-that is, identical-serial number.
The serial number consists of a prefix and a suffix.

The prefix must be specified when ordering the goods.
The prefix consists of letters and digits from the English language.

The suffix is determined by the seller.

The serial number is the password to open the associated PDF.
It is formally possible to order a previously un-ordered part of the

The loss of the serial number can be reported to the seller, so that they may decide on further action.
The replacement of the goods with an item bearing a new serial number may, in this context,
be deemed equivalent to the purchase of new goods.
(B7) Payment via PayPal (prepayment); Import Taxes
Payment in advance is made via PayPal: Please refer to the "Paypal-Me QR-Code"
or request PayPal details via email, as per the "Legal Notice".
To settle the payment via PayPal, the buyer must complete the purchase transaction using
funds financed through PayPal; this process may incur fees payable by the buyer to PayPal.
The buyer bears the cost of this fee, and it does not reduce the purchase price payable to the seller for the goods.
Any fees incurred for currency conversion-as specified in the price list-are borne by
the buyer and do not reduce the purchase price payable to the seller for the goods.
The determination and settlement of import taxes on the goods are entirely the responsibility of the buyer.
This also applies to verifying the admissibility and legality of the acquisition-as well as
the nature of the goods-within the buyer's specific context.
(B8) Contract Formation and Contract Performance
The conclusion and fulfillment of the contract are logged by the seller and stored
as data linked to the customer number.
(B8).1 Terms of Purchase and Buyer Acceptance
In an agreement with the Seller-the terms of which are verifiable by the Seller-the Buyer
has either fully accepted the purchase conditions established by the Seller or fully
negotiated them with the Seller. Only then may the Buyer submit their order to the Seller.
(B8).2 Orders for the manual as a physical product are placed via email, in accordance with the "Legal Notice".
The order placed by the buyer constitutes an intention and attempt to conclude a contract on the
part of the buyer, who thereby accepts the applicable price list.
The seller may reject an order.
The order may be cancelled at any time, provided that the contract is not already in the process of being fulfilled.
(B8).3 Payment in Advance
Only after the seller and the buyer have reached a verifiable agreement, and the seller
has verifiably accepted the buyer’s order, may the buyer render full payment
in advance-specifically the amount corresponding to the price of the goods-in accordance withg
the scope of the goods specified in the buyer’s order and the price list applicable to that order.
(B8).4 Production of the Goods
Only once the mandatory, full payment has been rendered by the buyer will the item-along with
its associated serial number-be generated, thereby enabling the buyer to access and retrieve the item.
(B8).5 Procurement of Goods
The buyer initiates the delivery of the goods themselves.
(B8).6 Handover of the Serial Number
The actual transfer of the product's serial number to the Buyer shall take place only after
the Buyer has notified the Seller of the successful completion of the full acquisition of the product.
(B8).7 Applicability of the Serial
The Buyer may immediately confirm to the Seller the actual applicability of the serial number to the goods.
In the absence of such confirmation, the actual applicability of the serial number shall be deemed established from the
Seller's perspective. "Immediately" shall be interpreted from the Seller's perspective, or as defined within the
scope of the agreement between the Seller and the Buyer.
Should the Serial prove inapplicable, the PDF-to which the buyer’s declared inapplicability of the Serial
applies-may be transmitted electronically to the seller, enabling the latter to examine the matter
and determine whether a replacement of the affected PDF is warranted.
(B8).8 Bill
The issuance of an invoice is dispensed with, as the entirety comprising the conclusion of the contract,
the recording of the payment, and the communications between buyer and seller regarding the aforementioned
steps of contract fulfillment is available.
(B9) Return of Goods
The return to the Seller of the goods-specifically the manual provided by the Seller to the Buyer and
received by the Buyer-is not possible, either in whole or in part. Return is expressly excluded if
the Seller has provided the Buyer with the serial number for the goods.
If the goods cannot be returned, the reversal of the payment performance already rendered
by the buyer is excluded.
(B10) Warranty
Every part of this manual, and every combination of parts thereof, is subject to a disclaimer of warranty
by the creator and seller of the product. No warranty is provided regarding the serial number.
(B11) Support
Inquiries via email-as specified in the "Legal Notice"-may be submitted provided the manual's serial number is included.

(B8).1 Kaufbedingungen und Akzeptanz des Käufers
Der Käufer hat in der für den Verkäufer nachvollziehbaren Einigung mit dem Verkäufer die vom Verkäufer

Erst nach dem sich Verkäufer und Käufer nachvollziehbar geeinigt haben und der Verkäufer die käuferseitige
Bestellung nachvollziehbar akzeptiert hat, kann seitens des Käufers die vollständige Leistung der Vorkasse in
Höhe des Entgeltes zur Ware im Umfang laut der käuferseitigen Bestellung der Ware und der zur Bestellung
geltenden Preisliste erbracht werden.
(B8).4 Erstellung der Ware
Erst wenn die zwingend vollständige käuferseitige Erbringung des Entgeltes bewirkt wurde, erfolgt die
Erstellung der Ware mit der zur Ware gehörigen Serial, so dass dann die Schaffung der Möglichkeit des
käuferseitigen Bezuges der Ware erfolgt.
(B8).5 Bezug der Ware
Der Käufer löst selbst den Bezug der Ware aus.
(B8).6 Übergabe der Serial
Erst nach Rückmeldung des Käufers an den Verkäufer auf den Vollzug des vollständigen Bezuges der Ware durch
den Käufer, erfolgt die tatsächliche Übergabe der Serial der Ware an den Käufer.
(B8).7 Anwendbarkeit der Serial
Der Käufer kann dem Verkäufer die tatsächliche Anwendbarkeit der Serial auf die Ware unverzüglich bestätigen.
Bei ausbleibender Bestätigung gilt für den Verkäufer die tatsächliche Anwendbarkeit der Serial als gegeben.
Unverzüglichkeit gilt aus Sicht des Verkäufers, oder wurde im Rahmen der Einigung von Verkäufer und Käufer
festgelegt.
Sollte die Anwendbarkeit der Serial nicht gegeben sein. kann die PDF, auf die die vom Käufer erklärte
Nichtanwendbarkeit der Serial zutrifft, an den Verkäufer elektronisch übergeben werden, damit dieser den
Sachverhalt prüfen kann, um festzustellen, ob ein Ersatz der betroffenen PDF gerechtfertigt ist.
(B8).8 Rechnung
Eine Ausstellung einer Rechnung entfällt, da die Gesamtheit aus Herbeiführung des Vertrages, der Protokollierung
der Erbringung des Entgeltes und den Meldungen zwischen Käufer und Verkäufer bezüglich o.g. Schritte der
Vertragserfüllung verfügbar ist.
(B9) Rückgabe der Ware
Die Rückgabe der Ware an den Verkäufer als vom Verkäufer dem Käufer bereitgestellte und vom Käufer
empfangenes Manual ist weder vollständig noch in Teilen möglich. Die Rückgabe ist ausgeschlossen, wenn
der Verkäufer dem Käufer die Serial der Ware bereitgestellt hat.
Kann die Ware nicht zurückgegeben werden, ist die Umkehr der vollzogenen Erbringung der käuferseitigen
Entgeltleistung ausgeschlossen.
(B10) Gewährleistung

The issuance of an invoice is dispensed with, as the entirety comprising the conclusion of the contract,
the recording of the payment, and the communications between buyer and seller regarding the aforementioned
steps of contract fulfillment is available.
(B9) Return of Goods
The return to the Seller of the goods-specifically the manual provided by the Seller to the Buyer and
received by the Buyer-is not possible, either in whole or in part. Return is expressly excluded if
the Seller has provided the Buyer with the serial number for the goods.
If the goods cannot be returned, the reversal of the payment performance already rendered
by the buyer is excluded.
(B10) Warranty
Every part of this manual, and every combination of parts thereof, is subject to a disclaimer of warranty

(B) Kaufbedingungen
Das Manual wird nachfolgend auch als Ware bezeichnet.
Der Verkauf der Ware erfolgt auf dem Online-Weg: Unter Nutzung von Paypal und in Euro-Währung.
(B1) Ersteller und Verkäufer des Manuals
Der Verkäufer ist der Ersteller des Manuals.
Im Manual ist der Ersteller des Manuals auf jeder Seite des Manuals hinterlegt.
(B2) Datenschutz
Der Verkäufer nutzt die E-Mail-Adresse des Käufers als Kundennummer.
Die E-Mail-Korrespondenz wird vom Verkäufer gespeichert.
Die Gesamtheit aus Herbeiführung des Vertrages, der Protokollierung der Erbringung des Entgeltes und
den Meldungen zwischen Käufer und Verkäufer bezüglich Schritte der Vertragserfüllung werden vom
Verkäufer protokolliert und zur Kundennummer gespeichert.
Der Datenschutz erfolgt im jeweiligen Kontext der Bedingungen des Email-Zuganges und im Kontext der

Der Käufer muss eine für den Kauf und dessen Kontext unveränderliche E-Mail-Adresse haben und vom

Ohne Erfüllung der Nachhaltigkeit der käuferseitigen E-Mail-Adresse kann ein Kaufvertrag nicht zu Stande

(B4) Anwendung des Manuals
Die Anwendung des jeweiligen Teiles des Manuals und die Anwendung jeder Kombination von Teilen des
Manuals unterliegen vollständig dem Risiko des Erwerbers und Benutzers / Anwenders des Manuals.
Eine Korrektur eines Fehlers, der im Manual festgestellt und dem Ersteller des Manuals als Hinweis
mitgeteilt wurden, ist vom Ersteller möglich aber nicht zwingend.
(B5) Manual im Portable Document Format (PDF)
Jeder Teil des Manuals wird als PDF mit einer eigenen Serial verkauft. Die PDF muss dazu mit ihrer Serial
erst hergestellt werden.
Die Herstellung der Ware ist nur auf Bestellung möglich. Die Ware ist ein Einzelstück, das im Auftrag laut
Bestellung hergestellt wird.
Die Art der PDF legt der Verkäufer fest.
Die PDF kann nicht bearbeitet werden.
Inhalte der PDF können nicht extrahiert werden.
Die PDF ist nur dann druckbar, wenn bei der Bestellung der Ware eine Druckbarkeit mitbestellt wurde.
Der Druck der PDF benötigt eventuell viel Druckfarbe und kann damit kostenintensiv sein. Druckbarkeit
ist also nicht unbedingt sinnvoll.
Dem Käufer obliegt es, sich in die Lage zu versetzen, eine PDF an sich tatsächlich nutzen zu können und
zu wollen.
(B6) Manual und seine Serial
Jeder Teil des Manuals wird als PDF mit einer eigenen Serial verkauft. Die PDF muss dazu mit ihrer Serial
erst hergestellt werden. Die Herstellung der Ware ist nur auf Bestellung möglich. Die Serial wird vom
Verkäufer im Kontext zur Kundennummer festgelegt und gespeichert.
Die Serial ist Teil der Ware und deren Teile.
Die Serial wird pro Bestellung vergeben.
Umfasst die Bestellung mehrere Teile des Manuals, haben diese eine gemeinsame also identische Serial.
Die Serial besteht aus dem Präfix und Suffix.
Präfix
Das Präfix der Serial legt der Käufer fest.
Das Präfix muss in der Bestellung der Ware mitgeteilt werden.
Das Präfix besteht aus Buchstaben und Ziffern der englischen Sprache.
Buchstaben können in Gross- und oder Kleinschreibweise benutzt werden.

Suffix
Das Suffix wird vom Verkäufer festgelegt.
Das Suffix ist auf jeder Seite des Manuals sichtbar.

Die Bestellung eines bisher nicht bestellten Teiles des Manuals ist unter Anwendung einer bereits vergebenen
Serial formal möglich.
Der Verlust der Serial kann dem Verkäufer mitgeteilt werden, so dass dieser über Weiteres entscheiden kann
Die Ausstellung der Ware mit einer neuen Serial kann dabei dem Neukauf der Ware entsprechen.
(B7) Entgeltung durch Vorkasse per Paypal, Importsteuern
Vorkasse erfolgt per Paypal: Siehe dazu "Paypal-Me QR-Code" oder Anfrage auf Paypal-Daten per Email
laut "Legal Notice".
Der Käufer hat für die Nutzung der Entgelterbringung per Paypal den per Paypal finanzierten Kauf von Waren
per durchzuführen, was für den Käufer seitens Paypal gebührenpflichtig sein kann. Diese Gebühr trägt der Käufer
und mindert nicht das an den Verkäufer zu entrichtende Entgelt des Kaufes der Ware. Gebühren für die
Transformation in die Währung laut Preisliste trägt der Käufer und mindern nicht das an den Verkäufer zu

Die Ermittlung und Begleichung von Importsteuern auf die Ware obliegt vollständig dem Käufer. Das trifft auch

(B8) Vertragsherbeiführung und Vertragserfüllung
Die Vertragsherbeiführung und die Vertragserfüllung werden vom Verkäufer protokolliert und als Daten mit der
Kundennummer gespeichert.
(B8).1 Kaufbedingungen und Akzeptanz des Käufers
Der Käufer hat in der für den Verkäufer nachvollziehbaren Einigung mit dem Verkäufer die vom Verkäufer
festgelegten Kaufbedingungen vollständig akzeptiert bzw. mit dem Verkäufer vollständig ausgehandelt. Erst
dann kann der Käufer seine Bestellung an den Verkäufer übergeben.
(B8).2 Die Bestellung des Manuals als Ware erfolgt per E-Mail laut "Legal Notice".
Die käuferseitige Bestellung gilt als Absicht und Versuch einer Vertragsherbeiführung durch den Käufer, der
damit die geltende Preisliste akzeptiert.
Der Verkäufer kann eine Bestellung ablehnen.
Von der Bestellung kann jederzeit zurückgetreten werden, wenn der Vertrag nicht bereits in Erfüllung ist.
(B8).3 Vorkasse
Erst nach dem sich Verkäufer und Käufer nachvollziehbar geeinigt haben und der Verkäufer die käuferseitige
Bestellung nachvollziehbar akzeptiert hat, kann seitens des Käufers die vollständige Leistung der Vorkasse in
Höhe des Entgeltes zur Ware im Umfang laut der käuferseitigen Bestellung der Ware und der zur Bestellung
geltenden Preisliste erbracht werden.
(B8).4 Erstellung der Ware
Erst wenn die zwingend vollständige käuferseitige Erbringung des Entgeltes bewirkt wurde, erfolgt die
Erstellung der Ware mit der zur Ware gehörigen Serial, so dass dann die Schaffung der Möglichkeit des
käuferseitigen Bezuges der Ware erfolgt.
(B8).5 Bezug der Ware
Der Käufer löst selbst den Bezug der Ware aus.
(B8).6 Übergabe der Serial
Erst nach Rückmeldung des Käufers an den Verkäufer auf den Vollzug des vollständigen Bezuges der Ware durch
den Käufer, erfolgt die tatsächliche Übergabe der Serial der Ware an den Käufer.
(B8).7 Anwendbarkeit der Serial
Der Käufer kann dem Verkäufer die tatsächliche Anwendbarkeit der Serial auf die Ware unverzüglich bestätigen.
Bei ausbleibender Bestätigung gilt für den Verkäufer die tatsächliche Anwendbarkeit der Serial als gegeben.
Unverzüglichkeit gilt aus Sicht des Verkäufers, oder wurde im Rahmen der Einigung von Verkäufer und Käufer
festgelegt.
Sollte die Anwendbarkeit der Serial nicht gegeben sein. kann die PDF, auf die die vom Käufer erklärte
Nichtanwendbarkeit der Serial zutrifft, an den Verkäufer elektronisch übergeben werden, damit dieser den
Sachverhalt prüfen kann, um festzustellen, ob ein Ersatz der betroffenen PDF gerechtfertigt ist.
(B8).8 Rechnung
Eine Ausstellung einer Rechnung entfällt, da die Gesamtheit aus Herbeiführung des Vertrages, der Protokollierung
der Erbringung des Entgeltes und den Meldungen zwischen Käufer und Verkäufer bezüglich o.g. Schritte der
Vertragserfüllung verfügbar ist.
(B9) Rückgabe der Ware
Die Rückgabe der Ware an den Verkäufer als vom Verkäufer dem Käufer bereitgestellte und vom Käufer
empfangenes Manual ist weder vollständig noch in Teilen möglich. Die Rückgabe ist ausgeschlossen, wenn
der Verkäufer dem Käufer die Serial der Ware bereitgestellt hat.
Kann die Ware nicht zurückgegeben werden, ist die Umkehr der vollzogenen Erbringung der käuferseitigen
Entgeltleistung ausgeschlossen.
(B10) Gewährleistung
Jeder Teil des Manuals und jede Kombination von Teilen des Manuals unterliegen dem Ausschluss von
Gewährleistung durch den Ersteller und Verkäufer der Ware. Auch auf Serial gibt es keine Gewährleistung.
(B11) Support
Anfragen per Email laut "Legal Notice" sind unter Angabe der Serial des Manuals möglich.

Licensing of the basic model of this website
The basic model of this website can be licensed for a fee.
The basic model was developed and tested for the Mozilla Firefox desktop
under Linux and should therefore be compatible with browsers that are
compatible with Firefox.
Use in other internet browsers has not been tested, for example, not
in Apple or Microsoft browser products. Google-specific browser products
have also not been tested.
Use on mobile devices is not implemented because the basic model requires
the resources of a desktop computer, which cannot have a weak CPU. For
development and testing, an i7 Core with 16 GB RAM in an HP laptop running
the current Linux Mint 64-bit was used.
The computer must be connected to an active sound card,
because various audio playback options are implemented and necessary.
For laptops, a sound card with a USB 3 port on a 10 Gbit port (possibly
on a docking station) is recommended.
Text-to-speech and vice versa are not implemented.
The use of AI is not implemented.
Internet access only requires a web server.
on which the website using the basic model must be hosted.
Only one HTTP server is required, which can be rented very inexpensively
from various providers, e.g., IONOS.
The basic model includes the following features:
A built-in button menu and its apps, all of which are active simultaneously
in the background and therefore require sufficient computer resources.
Adaptation of the "Media Player" app in terms of the number and content of
the players.
Adaptation of the slideshow at the end of the website.
Adaptation of the HTML part of the website, which has a
fixed HTML framework of the basic model.
The basic model can be easily and clearly adapted using JavaScript, e.g.,
in a freeware text editor.
The relevant sections of the changes are commented in detail, explaining
what needs to be specified and why.
No knowledge of JavaScript programming is required, as only data is adapted.
The JavaScript code to be added by the user is easy to understand. The basic
model has a built-in error analysis, which can be extended upon request,
but this is not necessary if the data is inserted with care.
The basic model contains its necessary modules (JavaScript libraries),
which conform to the simple JavaScript standard, so that modern
JavaScript browsers should be backward compatible. What the browser needs to
be modern is the comparison operation '===' and not just '=='
(and all analogously derived comparison operators). More modern commands
such as 'let' or cryptic pointer and function implementations
in an unreadable, barbed-wire style were not used, as these
are not backward compatible. There are also no implementations or
replications of CLASSes and objects that are not part of the standard
HTML DOM. No prototyping either. This should also make the basic model
suitable for slightly older browsers.
There is no guarantee or warranty. The basic model must be customized by
the user, for which the user is responsible.
